I have operated my own private law practice for more than twenty years.  I have practiced in many courts throughout the state, including the Common Pleas Courts of Lorain, Erie, Cuyahoga, and Huron counties.  My practice has consisted of both civil and criminal litigation.  I have experience handling both jury and bench trials. 

I have operated a public office for more than ten years.  I oversee multiple employees.  I am responsible to additional legal requirements in order to serve.  I work with budgets.  I know what it means to oversee a governmental department.

I am a fair minded individual who has a vast admiration for the Contitution of the United States.  I am devoted to upholding the Constitution.

Serving in the General Division of the Common Pleas Court is a trial lawyer's dream.  The cases cover a wide range of topic areas and the stakes are very high; the subject-matter is compelling.  Being entrusted with such a position is a tremendous opportunity to serve the community.
