I was appointed to the Marion County Family Court at the end of 2022 and sworn in on January 6, 2023.

What non-judicial legal experience qualifies you to be a judge?
I was admitted to the practice of law in January 1993. I was a trial attorney for the Crawford County and Marion County Prosecuting Attorney's offices trying adult felony crimes; practiced privately in Marion and the surrounding counties for several years in the area of family law; was appointed as a Magistrate in Marion County Family Court in 2015 where I oversaw family law cases until I was sworn in as Judge in January 2023.
