What non-judicial legal experience qualifies you to be a judge?
I have been a trial lawyer since becoming licensed in 1998. I have practiced before many courts in many counties and districts throughout Ohio, including practicing before the Ohio Supreme Court, both federal district courts and the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals. I believe that the breadth of that experience, including in both civil and criminal cases, along with my own life experiences, will greatly assist me in rendering informed opinions as an appellate judge.

Why are you running for this particular court seat?
I am looking forward to analyzing and deciding a variety of legal matters, including civil, crimnal, domestic, juvenile and probate actions. The Court of Appeals offers the greatest opportunity for a lawyer to serve all of the citizens of Franklin County.
