I have been a defense attorney as well as a prosecutor. I have done civil law as well as criminal law. I have trial experience doing both kinds of cases. I have a great balance of legal experience. I am known for my good temperament, knowledgeability and thorough attention to legal and factual details. I am active in the community and have been a guest speaker at many various events. I have been a mentor and a tutor to young people.

I am ready to take my experience, innovativeness and judicial fairness and passion to the next level. I am well-read, well-traveled and believe these qualities inform my expansive worldview and allow me to analyze issues with the breadth and depth required. The stakes may be higher in Common Pleas Court, but the thoughtfulness and dedication is the same. I will continue to demonstrate outstanding courage and deliver fair, deliberative and wise judgment.
I'd like to convene community leaders, including the Mayor, clergy, school administrators, community activists and elders and other judges to come up with a strategy to prevent crime.
