Question 3
Why are you running for this particular court seat?
I have been Clerk of the Court for over 5 years and know with my experience across the state that I can help modernize Clark County and help make our community a better place, with a Substance Abuse and Mental Health Court that helps the needs in our community to better rehabilitate offenders.
Also a Veteran's Court could be established to help serve those that have served our Country.
In the Clerk's Office I have completed all of my 2016 campaign promises except for electronic filing which is only within the authority of the Judges to initiate and I am running for Judge to help better serve the citizens of Clark County, by helping increase the access to justice for all citizens.
I have appreciated the efforts of the SCO that have helped create ohiolegalhelp.org and I believe we can improve the access to forms and help improve the navigation within the court system.
