· Child Abuse Bureau

· Support Division

Question 2
What non-judicial legal experience qualifies you to be a judge?
My experience in active duty military and serving in Desert Storm provided me with the necessary leadership and training that is required to serve large organizations, such as the Montgomery County Juvenile Court.
Question 3
Why are you running for this particular court seat?
I see the work of juvenile court as the most important work there is to do in Montgomery County. Families that walk through the doors of juvenile court are experiencing some of their worst times and hardest days. It is the job of a judge, to help make sure juveniles are given the best options and best treatment plans. It is imperative for judicial leaders to “meet the juvenile where they are” and understand what issues the family and the juvenile are facing, which are often different in every family. What I know and what I have seen is Montgomery County families need help. They need burdens lifted from them. I want to continue on a path of public service in helping each of these families.
