Will served the Franklin County Common Pleas Court Judges as a Probation Officer for 10 years. Will assisted in the preparation of their criminal sentencing dockets & wrote innumerable Pre-Setence Investigation reports to assist the Court's Judges.
Will served thirty years in the U.S. Army defending our Constitution from enemies both foreign & domestic; to right wrongs & to elevate the oppressed.
