The primary reasons that Attorney Hanni aspires to be a judge is because he has seen firsthand as an attorney the positive and negative effect a judge can have on a person who appear before him or her. “I like to focus on the positive effects a judge can have within their power to impact an individual’s life while upholding the laws for their safety as well as the safety of those around them.” Attorney Hanni vows to treat every case individually and subordinate personal views and opinions. “I strongly believe that every person who has contact with a court deserves fairness, consistency, and respect. It is my pledge to protect each one of their constitutional rights.”
